Spring is the season of renewal, and nothing captures its essence quite like fresh, vibrant ingredients. Our Spring Onion Vinaigrette, is a bold, herbaceous dressing that brings a punch of flavour to everything it touches.
Whether you’re drizzling it over a simple salad, spooning it over grilled meats, or using it to brighten up roasted vegetables, this sauce is a game-changer in the kitchen.
Why You’ll Love Spring Onion Vinaigrette
As professional chefs, we know that a well-balanced vinaigrette can make or break a dish. This Spring Onion Vinaigrette is no exception—it’s tangy, slightly sweet, and packed with fresh green onion flavor. It’s also incredibly versatile and easy to make with just a handful of ingredients.
If you’ve never made a vinaigrette from scratch, this is the perfect place to start. The key is in the emulsification—the balance of oil, acid, and seasonings that create a smooth, flavorful sauce. Once you master this, you’ll never go back to store-bought dressings again.
