Ingredients (Makes about ¾ cup):
Juice of 1 orange (about ¼ cup)
Juice of ½ lemon
1 tbsp white wine vinegar
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp honey (or maple syrup for a vegan option)
½ tsp sea salt
4-5 turns freshly ground black pepper
⅓ cup olive oil
Instructions:
- In a small jar or bowl, whisk together the orange juice, lemon juice, vinegar, Dijon, honey, salt, and pepper.
- Slowly drizzle in the olive oil, whisking continuously until emulsified.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
- Store in the fridge for up to 1 week—just shake well before using.
